Tortilla With Turkey And Eggs
You can use this recipe as a good breakfast or lunch. Be sure to use whole wheat tortillas because these are made from complex carbs and will give you sustained energy for a longer period of time
Grocery Bag:
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- ½ cup Egg Beaters Southwestern
- 2 oz. ground turkey, precooked
- 3 baby dill pickles, diced
Directions:
Put some olive oil in a large frying pan with and warm over medium heat. Place frozen spinach in pan; simmer until thawed. Then you add the Add Egg Beaters to pan and scramble it. Add precooked ground turkey. Warm the tortilla in a microwave or oven. Place cooked scramble mixture and pickles on tortilla, roll it up and enjoy your meal.
