Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Training Review | The Right Begin To Start Exercising Your Body
Aerobic training can be lots of fun but for most people who just start exercising or did not workout for some time its very difficult and they just cannot physically do it. This can be very bad for moral and can lead to giving up exercising in an early stage. Another thing is most workout DVD’s are quite long and many people don’t have the time to train an hour everyday.
Well Tony Horton who also brought you the P90X Extreme Home Fitness invented the Tony Horton 10 Minute Training. This great set of DVD’s uses his breakthrough Super Stacking TechniqueTM and includes 10 minute workouts for total body, cardio, lower body, yoga flex and an abs routine. It also has a resistance band, and a belt kit.
Don’t think you just off the hook with just 10 minutes a day because the program encourages you to stack the workouts so you eventually train 30 minutes. By breaking up the workout it is much more user friendly because you can easily work your way up or when you are busy you can do only one or two workouts so you at least you did that and don’t feel guilty of missing your workout.
The DVD’s are of good quality and well lighted. All exercises are well explained and easy to follow. This is a perfect product for anyone who wants to start exercising or get back into shape.

Tony Horton is a great trainer. I have P90X and it is awesome. The drawback is that you need to be extremely committed and dedicated. Tony helps with this.
I like the idea of the 10 minute training videos. Also, it’s a great concept to “stack” the videos and increase the length of your workouts. With P90x you have to be in pretty good shape to go through them. While it is a great, comprehensive program, it is probably too much for most people. The 10 minute training can help you get in better shape if you want to eventually move up to P90x.
All in all, a really great concept by Tony and Beach Body.

Hi i love your workout…But i wish you had a workout that i can do i have had a lot of surgery on my right leg..And i don’t have full rang of motion in my knee or ankle….I still woirkout but i can not do what i use to.And i can no longer run anymore…..
