I tried a lot of rowing equipment but I don’t think there is a better choice in this price range then the Stamina Body Trac Glider 1050 Rowing Machine.
It is build surprisingly good for this price and is also very easy to assemble. The amount of resistance is adjustable and the machine is very quiet so you can watch TV while you workout.
The steel frame and aluminum center beam are made to endure years of use. A ball bearing roller system and adaptable hydraulic cylinder resistance arms mimic the even movement of rowing on the water.
Because rowing is one of the best ways to build cardiovascular fitness and strength you’d better invest in a rowing machine then any other fitness equipment. For example the ab lounge XL costs almost as much but never will give you the workout this rowing machine has to offer.
That’s why I recommend the Stamina Rowing Machine to people who don’t have much room in their home and money in their pocket but still want to have a great workout in the comfort of their own home.
