I have never serviced a Stair Stepper, but it is possible that I will be servicing one in the near future. Ironically it is a Stair Stepper 4400CL and I would like to familiarize myself with all that applies to this machine such as; Manuals (Parts and Repair), any recalls, and especially any repair equipment and tools I might need. This machine is in my daughter's home which is 150 miles away, so you can see why I need to get everything right. You support and response will be greatly appreciated.
