SPRI ES501R Xertube Resistance Band with Door Attachment and Exercise Charts

Xertube Resistance BandI was amazed how effective the SPRI ES501R Xertube Resistance Band is and all the time you are just using your body weight. You can choose between different resistance bands and make it as easy or as difficult as you want.

The band is made of durable rubber with safe plastic and webbing handles and is suited for all kinds of different toning exercises, body types, and fitness levels.

There are different colors for different resistances available, from green the ‘light’ version, red for intermediate to advanced exercisers to blue for the strong among us.

It can be used to replace weights in your usual workouts, allowing you to work your muscle groups in the back, arms, shoulders, and trunk in some new and unique ways. The resistance band has a strap so you can safely hang it from a door for an even greater variety of exercises, or put it around a fixed railing for others. Also two illustrated charts of exercises are included.

Needless to say that the band is easily portable so you can pack your tubing with you when traveling, very light and convenient. So overall I would say a very nice tool to get in shape.

Other Features Of The Xertube Resistance Band:

  • The resistance recommended by SPRI for most men and advanced women
  • Perfect for home, gym, or on-the-road use
  • Includes door attachment for additional training options
  • Two illustrated exercise charts

[…] You can do almost any Pilates movement with the ball like the plank, roll over or knee folds. This will really increase the difficulty level and drives the work of the exercises into the core. It can also be used for strenght training in combination with resistance bands. […]
