Fitness Spinning Bike Phoenix Revolution Cycle Pro II | High Quality Exercise Spin Bike

Fitness Spinning Bike Phoenix Revolution Cycle Pro IIAs you can see the Revolution Cycle Pro II is not an upright or recumbent exercise bike but what is called a spinning bike.

Since a couple of years spinning classes are very popular but you also see that more people are buying spin bikes to use at home as time restraints and busy lifestyles make it extremely hard to get to those scheduled spinning classes on time.

Spinning indoors on your Phoenix 98623 Revolution Cycle Pro II Exercise Bike is a wonderful way to exercise all year round without going outside when the weather is and you even can watch TV.

The bike uses a 39.6-pound balanced flywheel for resistance that you can control with a tension knob. This way you can easily adjust the tension and make the workout more or less intensive. Together with the direct drive system the Phoenix Revolution Cycle Pro II Spin Bike guarantees a silent and smooth ride.

With my indoor spinning workouts I always like to watch a good cycle DVD like Robert Sherman - Cycle Challenge or Mindy Mylrea - Cycle Circuit Workout to keep my spirit up and push beyond my limits.

Other Features Of The Phoenix Revolution Cycle Pro II:

  • Durable brake pad resistance system
  • 2-way adjustable seat post and handlebars
  • Sturdy toe clips
  • Weight capacity of 250 pounds

We arw having trouble with the tension and brake mechanism. The tiny nut keeps coming off and the tension will not get tight. We are also having trouble with adjusting the seats up and down they are two tight. Can you give me sime insight on this please, We purchased 64 of these bikes from BSN Sports.
