The electronic panel is versatile and easy to use. It tracks all common data like your speed, the amount of calories burned and distance and time. The LCD display let you choose from 12 different pre-set workout programs, heart rate control program along with one manual and a user program.

Your hart rate is monitored through built-in hand pulse sensors on the focus bars so you can see if you are still in your target zone. The oversized foot pedals are slip resistant and offer a stable platform with enough foot room.

I think the Eclipse 1100 HR/A Elliptical Trainer is great value for this price range and offers a smooth no-impact workout that works up quite a sweat.
