Curry Chicken Soup
This nice and spicy soup will give you a lot of taste. You can add as much carbs as you want or leave them out and add some extra veggies.
This is for 2 persons.
Grocery bag:
12 oz chicken breast
1 onion
1 fresh chili pepper
1 table spoon chopped ginger
2 table spoons Indian curry
3 cups chicken bouillon
3 cups coconut milk
10 oz paksoi
Fresh basil
Egg noodles
Directions:
Boil the noodles.
Fry the chicken with the onions, chili, ginger and curry powder. Add the chicken bouillon and coconut milk and let it boil for a couple of minutes. Ad the paksoi and some fresh basil.
Ad some noodles in a bowl and pour the soup on top.
