Ab Lounge Xl | Abdominal Workout Machine
Don’t you hate getting down on the floor and doing crunches or going to the gym and doing 500 reps on a bench. Enter the Ab Lounge XL. This wonderfully efficient piece of equipment, enables the user to accomplish a truly energetic core workout in very little time, and without stressing either the back OR neck
I think you all have seen the TV commercial and know that there is a lot of talk that its all a scam but the ab lounge XL does only one thing and that is to tighten and tone your upper and lower abdominal muscles and oblique muscles, which are found on the sides of your abdominal muscles. And remember, when you work your abdominal muscles you are strengthening your back as well so even if you don’t like doing crunches your back will thank you for working your ab muscles.
Offcourse you don’t loose inches on your waist in just 2 weeks that’s why I advise you to follow a healty diet while using the ab lounge and you surely will see good improvements.
Before you begin be sure to watcht the two DVD’s both with Rosalie Brown, one the Interactive AB Blasting System, the other a Resistance Tubing Workout. Its very important you know how to do your exercises to target the upper and lower abdominal muscles and oblique muscles otherwise you will be wasting your time and possible hurt yourself.

How does it fold? The triangle brace doesn’t seem to bend in the center like a folding chair does. Do you actually have to unscrew it to put into storage?

The quick-release folding system works like a snap- just pull back on the lever fold.

Sam, you pull a slider, which releases the middle support brace. The brace folds up. the other side is a very thick piece of cable that bends.
